Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Obscure Radiance ("we", "us"), 15133 Le Grand Road, Le Grand, California 95333, collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you check out, Square collects your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address and payment details on our behalf. We receive your order and contact details; we never receive your full card number. When you join the newsletter we collect your email. When you email us or use the shopping assistant, we receive what you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time. See section 4 for cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use it
To process and ship your orders, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, send the newsletter you asked for, keep the site secure and working, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
3. How we share it
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, under contracts that limit their use of it: Square (payments and orders), Hostinger (website hosting), ReaktorAgents (the shopping assistant, which uses an AI model provider to generate replies), Google Fonts (font delivery), and shipping carriers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small amount of browser storage to make the site work:
Necessary. Your bag (stored in your browser so it survives a reload), your cookie choice, and the shopping assistant conversation (kept in your browser for up to 12 hours). Square sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for security and fraud prevention. These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off.
Analytics and advertising. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies today. If we add them, they will only run after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser storage.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are handled by Square. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing orfarms.marketing@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents. Under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete or correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its effective date.
