The grain of wheat is more than just a symbol; it reflects a truth that’s shaped OUR founder's life. A grain of wheat must fall to the ground and “die” before it can grow into something greater. In the same way, He faced losses that have reshaped him. Losing his mom at 18, just two weeks before leaving for college, was one of the hardest moments of his life. Years later, He lost his sister—one of the many people who inspired him to be better. He's also experienced the loss of opportunities and paths he thought were meant for him, only to realize those losses were pruning him for greater growth.
The “R” in OUR logo used to represent his last name, Ramirez. But today, it stands for so much more. It’s resilience in the face of trials, resourcefulness when life demanded he adapt, responsibility for the choices that shape his future, and a resolve to honor his losses by living a full, meaningful, RADIANT life.
The circle around the “R” isn’t just a design—it’s a reminder. It once represented the letter “O”, for his first name but now it’s not the letter “O”; it represents the way the world revolves around the lessons his losses have taught him. Every challenge, every heartbreak, every closed door—it all brought him back to a deeper understanding of who he is and what he is here to do.
